Cloudy golden color. The aroma is hoppy, extremely resiny. The aroma has toffee overall, but drier than expected, with the good resiny hopping. The final is a bit harsh. If it had more sweetness, it would be excellent.

Hazy chestnut color. The aroma is cheesy, with a vanilla touch too. Good body structure, full malt flavor, still sweet, extreme caramel flavor, with strong bitterness, vanilla from the wood and a strong alcohol perception. A bit chaotic, but I like it.

Black color, the head is not persistent. Aroma of burnt malt and ashes. Medium thin/dry body, with a lot of roasted malt flavor, and dark chocolate. Correct brew, for the style fans, but not mine.

Hazy amber color. It’s a very poor ale, with sugar aroma and almost no traces of fruit. Bad.

Muddy deep blond color. It’s a very strange beer; not only the orange peels leave some traces, but it also smells like ham, it has some floreal aroma, soapy flavor and lots of undetectable elements. Too much alcoholic. Really weird.

Cloudy dark brown color; creamy head. It has a quite nice malt and chocolate aroma. Good body, good chocolate and malt flavor. A sweet Imperial Stout, not complex, but easy to drink.

Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. A hazy dark amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of alcohol, caramel, and roasted malt. The flavor is very sweet with notes of malty, caramel, and alcohol. The alcohol carries thru and leaves a slight burn in the throat. In my opinion this needs to be cellared for some time.
