A hazy amber beer with a lazing light brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw, spices, and pine needles. The flavor is sweet hoppy with notes of grass, pine needles, oranges, and spices, especially cloves, leading to a dry bitter finish.

A very flat beer, next to no head when poured - what is there is off-white - and the beer itself is amber. The aroma is sweet and very fruity with light notes of juniper berries, but also cowberries. The flavor is sweet alcoholic and very fruity, but also with light notes of yeast and juniper berries, the alcohol is felt slightly on the palate towards the end. The mouthfeel is like thick liquid caramel. I would like a stronger note of juniper berries.

Cloudy dark amber color; low carbonation and thin collar of foam. The aroma has some pine resins and herbs. The body is medium thick, with some malt, a lot of soft caramel, bitter but without an interesting quality in the hopping; it has some residual hop resins and butterscotch; the final is not only bitter but also a bit astringent, confirming a rough fermentation and maturation process. Unprofessional.

A very hazy dark orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is very spicy with ginger standing out together with hops. The flavor is sweet again with strong notes of ginger, combined with grass, leading to a dry bitter end. I wonder if it is the Amarillo hops, that gives it the ginger note?

An opaque hazy brown beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet spicy with hints of cloves and berries. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of berries - black currant, but also with a hints of acidity. The end is dry with the sweet berries lingering. The mouthfeel is sticky. In my opinion it lacks hops.

Draught (as Roskilde Premiere Dark Ale). Weak strawberry aroma. Dark chestnut colour. Small head. Quite malty and a little roasted. Citric flavour.
KØ07. Good roasted aroma, quite nice. Very nice sweet flavour, hint of good, fruity roastedness. Nice, nutty, roasted malt flavour. A lot better than the first version.

(On tap) Unclear brown colour with an underlying orangey glow. Small, off-white head. Roasted, lightly burned aroma. Lots of roasted malt, but very dry with a light bitter finish. Not really an impressive effort. 291005
