(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Thomas_E. Hazy, amber golden with a beige head. Aroma of fruit and caramel. Medium body with notes of exotic fruit and perhaps also a little coconut. There’s a vague underlying acidity all the way through making me believe that this is slightly infected. 281207

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Thomas_E. Cloudy and opaque dark brown with lots of sediment and a beige head. Lightly fruity aroma - oranges. Medium body, a lightly acidic fruitiness in the finish. A small lingering infection in this one I believe. 281207

(Bottle 66 cl) Courtesy of Thomas_E. Pours a slightly hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Aroma is purely aniseed. Medium body, lightly sweetish roasted malt and then again these extreme aniseed accents before some bitter hops in the finish. 281207

Ruby brown with a big, but quickly disappearing off-white head. Bready (munich) malt, dried fruit, some licorice and a hint of citrus in the aroma. Sweet and malty flavour, with licorice and cookies, and a touch of alcohol.

50 cL bottle, thanks to Thomas_E. Pours hazy orange with a dense white head. Mild sweet malty and slight spice note in the aroma. Flavour is slight citric with a solid bitterness and a vague malt base. Citric towards esteric finish.

66 cL bottle, thanks to Thomas_E. Pours slight hazy orange with with a dense white head. Annis seed aroma. Flavour starts mild sweet with a solid liqourice note from the annis seed. Solid annis seed in the finish. Too heavy annis seed spiced for my liking but it has nice elements of what could be a great brew with a little less annis seed.

Bottle. Small head with short duration. Color is brown. Aroma is roast malt and orange. Taste is roast malt and very sour. Must be infected. Very disappointing for a Roskilde.
