Bottle. Pours a dark brown color with an off-white head. Sweet malty aroma with hints of caramel and dark fruits. Sweet malty dark fruit flavor with some hints of caramel. Sweet warming alcoholic finish.

CBF07 sample from bottle. Pours cognac deep brown/red. Aroma is wineous with notes of dried fruit. Flavour is strong sweet raisin and dried fruit flavour with good flowery hops profile going into at soft malt and hop blend. Finish is rather sweet.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours clear yellow. Aroma is soft malty with vague elderberry note. Medium body. Flavour is sweet malty with a touch of elderberries. Finish is smooth and dry.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours hazy orange with a lacing head. Aroma of aroma hops with a sweetness from the malts beneath. Flavour is sweet malty and blends well into a good strong bitter finish. Fantastic brew that just lacks the alcohol body :) but my personal favourite for the contest at CBF07.

Draft. A slightly hazy copper colored beer with an OK dense orange head. The aroma is sweet with a slightly acidic hoppy note, combined with notes of elderberryflowers and spices. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and elderberryflowers, leading to a slightly bitter and smooth finish. An OK beer - but not outstanding.

Draft. An unclear amber beer with a thick orange head. The aroma is sweet with light both spicy and grassy notes of hops. The flavor is a bit thin, with notes of caramel and flowery hops, which also lends the beer notes of grapefruit and grass, leading to a very hoppy bitter end.

Draught @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Clear amber color with a average fizzy fiar mostly lasting off-white head. Aroma is elderflower, fruit, sweet, flowers. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a short to average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Hazy dark brown. Ashy nose. Sweetish with burnt malt and a lot of rubber. Caramel mixes with melon. Clean mouthfeel. Low bitterness.
