Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Hazy amber. Lightly metallic red currant aroma. Sweet with brief papery malt profile, very little body. Notes of fruit. Low bitterness. Does not work for me.

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Lightly hazy dark brown, brief head. Intriguing strawberry aroma. Sweet, orangey and really malty, the vinous vaste caramelly malt flavour works perfectly with the creme brulee they served alongside it. Piney finish with medium bitterness. Warming and entertaining, moderately hoppy.

Bottle, 8.8% at KØ07. Sweet roasted aroma, a bit estery like a weizenbock. Dark red/brown colour. Very small creamy head. The flavour is like a sweet doppelbock, good alcohol level.

Draught, 5% at KØ07. Malty flavour, a little sugary, probably from the elderflower. OK.

Draught at KØ07. Weak, but nice hop aroma. Cloudy chestnut colour. Very big, stable and creamy head. Good hop flavour, sweetish and fruity hops. Medium to high bitterness. Thin mouthfeel, but good.

Bottled. A deep red - going towards brown - beer with a fast disappearing brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with powerful notes of berries combined with notes of alcohol. The flavor is very sweet again with strong notes of berries, and with a powerful alcohol presence giving it a good body, leading to a dry woody end.

(On tap) Hazy, warm, reddish amber golden with a creamy, beige head leaving some lacework. Rather fresh, citric aroma. Medium body with very fruity notes - citrus in particular. Dry bitterness. 110507 and 120507

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, reddish brown - completely without any head. Rather delicate, vinous aroma. Solid body with lots of sweet, drid fruit accents, rosted malt, yeast and alcohol. Very subdued bitterness. Lovely. The verey present yeastiness makes this closer to a Belgian strong really. 110507
