Cloudy blond color. Mild fruity aroma, canned tuna. Very acidic, lemony, and not much else.

Yellowish colour. Not much aroma. The aroma is full of band-aid, and that kind of blows everything else out of the water. On the palate, you get a little bit of fruit, and still some band-aid phenols. There's just too many issues with this one, to really capture the fruit, and to really let the good elements to shine through.

10.5 oz. bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry tart citrus, light lacto and dry wood. Flavour is nice and dry, with notes of lacto, wood, and citrus. A bit of old band-aid in there too that messes with this. Something a bit off here. Not terrible, but this is off the mark.

Hazy and quite pale. On the nose it has a light fruit. On the palate, it's quite tart, a little bit of wildness, Tart, light fruit, and it's sort of unbalanced. I don't know this fruit, so I'm not entirely sure how much of this is fruit and how much is just flat out tartness.

10.5 oz, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out ascorbic citrus fruits, some light wild notes, and moderate acidity. Flavour is very ascorbic, with loads of tart citrus, lots of acidity, and light wild yeast. Very acidic, ascorbic and citric. Harsh, but fun. It's okay.
