Flavor is light sweet, malty, rye, bread, loads of caramel, licorice, coffee, some alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation, warming alcohol in the finish. 251014

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - fuzzy golden pour with white head. Medium sweet fruity and yeasty aroma and taste, citrus lemon prominent, herbal and floral notes throughout, some grass, dry finish.

On tap @ Kick. Black body with a medium sized, dense mocha coffee type head. Nice, strong aroma of dark malt, coffee, dark chocolate and cocoa. Flavor is roasted, dark malt, medium sweet, dry fruit, dark chocolate and cocoa with medium bitterness. First sips gives a slightly “paper dry” impression that becomes better and rather cocoa like dry after a while. Fine body and long aftertaste. Not bad at all, but not fantastic either.

Thanks to Plovmand. Cheers Tom! Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Palate is viscous and dry. Modest fine carbonation. Strong earthy coffee, very strong espresso. Tangy coffee. Dry earthy coffee finish, coffee lingers on. Pretty full on! An experience!

Bottle. Unclear, dark brown body under a small, dense, beige head. The aroma is rather alcoholic, with dried fruits, caramel and a sourish touch. Some nuttyness and chocolate. It’s sourish on the palate, full-bodied and soft, with some alcohol warmth. Oxidation, sourness, dried fruits and some bitterness in the flavor. Lasting finish. Not much interesting this one.
