350ml can from Total Wines & More, Laguna Hills. Drank on 16th January 2023 at my daughters. Slight hazy cloud in the pale golden body, smooth white head. Citrus fruit front to the aroma and taste, lemons mostly.

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Dec 22. Pours dark, off-white head. Aroma brings roast, dark fruit, sour ume. Surprisingly sour flavour profile, which I suspect is down to the exceedingly sour ume fruit that has aged in the beer for 18 months and contributes an hugely impactful sour edge alongside the dark roast malts. Impressive stuff.
Bottle. Pours a reddish black hue with a small white head. Sour woody nose. Sour mash, funky, red wine. Ok. Odd.

Bottle pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is odd sour leaf hops and chocolate. Taste is more of the tart sour green apples leaf hops some roast.

330ml bottle from National Brewery Centre. Opaque orange appearance, medium white head. Light fruity grapefruit aroma. Taste seems a bit bland, not much Belgian yeast expressions coming through, light yuzu glimpses.

dark brown color. Brownies dashed with whiskey in the nose. Slightly sour palate. Lots of berries and whiskey with chocolate notes. Thin body. Easy drinking but fairly boozy.
