Light haze on this paleish gold beer, small white head. Palate is crisp and a little dry with good fine carbonation. Hops are a nice dry grapefruit and grapefruit pith, lesser orange. Dry seltzer. Trace of smoke. Finishes dry with carbonation nibbling. Bitter linger. Decent.

Bottle from Henderson Wines. Hazy pale golden body with a thick white head. Steady carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma of lemon sherbet, candy, grapefruit and a hint of white pepper. Flavour of herbs, lemon, dusty yeast and minerals. Very dry. Medium body with a slightly oily texture. Nice fizz. Drinks very easily for 8.0% ABV. One of the best beers I’ve tried from this brewery.

Keg at The Hanging Bat.Pours hazy amber, thin white head, big bubbles. Aromas of honey, orange, marmalade, bread, Belgian yeast. Taste brings this together well, don’t normally light honey beers, but the balance here with the orange and yeast notes is very nice. Medium body, slightly oily texture. Medium dry finish. Good.
