Our beers are unfiltered and carbonated naturally through secondary fermentation. We brew classic Belgian inspired beers, as well as modern, hop-forward styles. We also release a number of collaboration beers each year with other breweries.

Keg at 6DN, Aberdeen, 20/06/14. Lightly hazed golden amber with moderate off white spotting. Nose is honeycomb, light spice, straw, bitter orange, earthy, dark fruit tones. Taste comprises bitter fruits, orange rind, yeast esters, spice, honey notes, earwax. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, lightly spiced close, honey peeking through. Ok.

Keg at 6DN, Aberdeen, 20/06/14. Hazy yellow with moderate off white spotting. Nose is lemon rind, wheaten notes, yeast esters, coriander, spice. Taste comprises clove, lemon, citric tinged straw, earthy rinse, yeast tones. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, clean exit. Decent enough Wit refreshment.

Keg at the brewpub in Aberdeen. Translucent greenish yellow with a fleeting white head. Aroma is spicy Nobel hop with light lemon and wheat grains. Flavour is composed of wheat fruity and spicy hop some light citrus in the finish. Palate is light bodied with a crisp dry finish. Very nice.

Keg at the brewpub in Aberdeen. Translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is tart grape skins, wheat, and some sharp lemon. Flavour is tart, wheat, tanin, grape, and light onion. Fluffy palate with fairly high carbonation. Very interesting.

Keg at the brewpub in Aberdeen. Translucent yellow straw with a thin white head. Aroma is light saison yeast, wheat, light plastic. Flavour is crisp, fairly clean, saison yeast, lighr banana, palate is very dry and grainy. Spicy hop in the finish. Solid.

Keg at the brewpub in Aberdeen. Aroma is choc with some alcohol and earthy mushroom notes. Opaque caramel coloured greyish cream halo of head. Flavour is earthy choc, coco powder, alcohol, fussels. Palate is medium bodied, thin for a stout. Highish carbonation. Middle of the road

Bottle from Thistle News. It pours lightly hazy pale gold with a thick white head. The nose is fresh, doughy, grainy, muffin, apple citrus peel and grapefruit. The taste is crisp, bitter, pepper, drying, lemon peel, soap and apple skin with a very dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation. Risk and refreshing. Solid low abv action.

Bottle from Thistle News, Aberdeen. It pours hazy gold with a thick white head. The nose is fresh, doughy, grass, toasty, farmhouse bread and lemon poppy seed muffin. The taste is crisp, bitter, doughy, apple, pear, citrus peel, spice, lemon sherbet and grass with a dry. Finish. Light-medium body and moderate carbonation. Crisp and drinkable. Nice fresh hoppy Belgian number.

Bottle from Thistle News, Ayberdeeeeeen. It pours dark brown with a medium beige head. The nose roasty, mild acidity, coffee, chocolate, toast and earth. The taste is smooth, roasty, coffee, mild acidity, touch of acidity, cocoa, alcohol and some bitterness with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Lacking in depth. Kind of expected more from these guys...

Keg at SixDeg North Aberdeen. It pours hazy orange with a small white head. The nose is bitter-sweet, doughy, spice, malted barley, grain, orange peel, muffin and honey. The taste is crisp, bitter, orange peel, sherbet, apple, pear, spice, dough, warming alcohol and hay with a dry finish. Medium+ body and moderate+-high carbonation. I rather Like the balance. Good.
