Draught @ Akkurat. Pours cloudy with a creamy white head. Hoppy! Grapey, piney... red orange. Long almost medicinal bitterness in the aftertaste. A touch of caramel. This must be one of the most bitter beers I’ve tried from britain.

Aroma: Rich fruits and dark chocolate.
Appearance: Jet black body with a thin tan head that quickly disappears. Great lacing.
Taste: Rich, dark fruit flavours but a surprising lightness to the beer. The 7.5% ABV is well hidden.
Palate: Slick, oily mouthfeel. Thin to medium body. Average carbonation.
Overall: Considering its ABV, this is a light, fruity beer. Very tasty.

Aroma: Lime, faint lychee, honey and bread.
Appearance: Hazy golden body with a lasting pure white head. Medium carbonation and excellent lacing.
Taste: Soft malty flavours. Flavours of grass, caramel and honey. Quite boozy.
Palate: Medium body with an oily texture. Lively carbonation.
Overall: Tastes quite heavy for its 5.5% ABV, but this is a tasty, moreish American Pale Ale.

Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm. Cloudy copper colour, small head. Rich aroma of mango, blue cheese and coffee. Medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Blueberries, salty licorice and caramel. Solid with concentrated, big hoppy flavours and really bitter finish.

Cask. Deep brown colour with a small beige foamy head. Aroma is mild roasted malts along with raisins, some berries, rye bread and mild chocolaty notes. Flavour is sweet and roasted malts along with chocolate, some raisins, mild ripe fruits and some berryish notes. Rather good body for being only 3.7 %.
