Since our inception on a commercial scale in 2008 we have evolved as a brewery immeasurably.
The Brewery has moved up several gears in the past 12 months & is now growing at an alarming rate!

We as a team have grown with the brewery. Started in 2008 with Directors James Farran, Andy Baker & Meyrick Kirk the brewery now has a fulltime drayman, a head brewer, a managing director & soon to be further additions to the team.

We are a brewery with an extreme passion & a strong identity, our beers are unapologetically flavour forward in nature, hop & malt laden beers that challenge today's modern beer lover. Beers with heart, soul & raging personality.

In the coming years we plan to continue to grow by fervently pushing the boundaries of what is possible when brewing beer, to excite you the deserving beer connoisseur who should settle for nothing less than than beers that excite & ensare your senses. We invest heavily in our beers with LOTS of the very best ingredients, why settle for beers that don't?

33 cl bottle @ Sivukirjasto, BBE 31.10.2015. Rated on 06.03.2015.
Aroma has resin, bready malt and caramel. Feels mellow. Flavour has fruity hops, resin some toffee, fruit candy and woody dryness. Feels juicy. Somewhat odd finish with gluey tones. An English strong? More like Amber ale.

Cask at Craft Beer Co. Holborn - London. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. Nice melony hop aroma with accents of pale bread and citrus. Light sweet flavor, well balanced, with light bitterness, more melon and citrus. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Continues nicely balanced in the finish, with pale bread, tangerine and melon. Solid.

Brewdog Shepherd Bush. Keg. Lightly hazy amber beer, small off white head. Softish palate. Sweetish malts and dried fruits, tangy. TCP and spice. Light semi dry finish. Pretty peaty but passable.

Brewdog Shepherd Bush. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Amazing nose of rum and raisin and mint choc chip ice cream! Sublime! Palate is smooth with decent fine carbonation. Taste follows the nose closely adding a creamy dark malt. background. Trace of rum soaked dark fruits. Soft and semi dry finish. A bit of a stunner truth be told!

Bottle, Londis, Penny Lane, Liverpool. Deep dark brown pour with a thin tan head. Sweetish nose of coffee and chocolate. Similar traits unfolded flavour-wise alongside some dark malts and fruits. Low carbonation. ABV pretty well smothered. Decent enough but nothing stellar.

Bottle. Bier Huis, Ossett. Dark gold, with a light haze. Film, and a few bubbles of white head. Pineapple. Peach. Lots of sweet hops. Creamy malts. Some punchy resin. Taste is grainy sweet. Takes a while, but turns oily bitter. Soft carbonation. Oily, slick palate. Finishes oily bitter. Punchy enough, but a bit greasy overall.
