Shortlived pink head over deep ruby red drink. Strange nose with whiffs of apples, cleaning liquid, and a herb as rosemary or lavender. Dry, hints of both apples, and cherries, cider and red wine. Tannines abundant. Again a strange parallel taste, quite like in the aroma. Light acidthinning and -burn, low carbonation, slick and very outspoken dry-out effect. I find the combination wine-cider more than a tad weird in this one.

Bottle: Poured a golden color lambic with a medium size foamy head with limited retention and light lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some vinous notes, oak and yeasty notes. Taste is also a mix of yeasty notes with some funky ester with some oak and vinous/grape notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting mix of lambic with wine but some additional depth would have been welcomed.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy orangish golden, thin off-white head. Aroma: Floral, spicy and fruity hints. Taste: Floral, some fruity elderberry and citrus hints, spicy / fruity peppery notes. Subtle funky and wood, some tannins. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Moderate tartness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Very nice.

BB 03/2026. yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. smells flowery, elder flowers, herbal, some stone fruits, bit peppery, earthy, lovely smell. full body, pearly, almost aggressive carbonation. tastes stone fruits, apricots, elder flowers, herbal, citric, earthy, peppery. finishes dry and light to medium bitter with notes of elderflowers, citrus and peppery notes. very nice one overall, carbonation is on the taste rather aggressive, would be nicer with less, interesting stone fruit notes. Overall still very good one.

Bit weird smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes rhubarb, cherries, earthy, berry notes, tannins, citrus. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of citrus, cherries, rhubarb. Nice one smell, rather weird smell like spoiled eggs, taste is also a tad weird, but a lot better compared to smell.

Very beetroot forward. full body, soft carbonation. tastes spices, light beetroot, berry notes, apples, citric, earthy, peppery, herbal. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of berry notes, citric and notes of beet. Nice to very nice one. Beetroot is rather obvious on the nose, rather balanced on the taste. Good stuff overall, well integrated
