Bottle bought at Glasbanken in October 2021. Hazy dark reddish/amber with a small head. Nicely sour with cherries, oak and lemon.

On tap at Bottleworks, pours a clear amber ros� with a tiny white head. Aroma is full of mixed grape skins, wild bugs, and gentle oak. Flavour is complex, with lots of musty, red, dry grape skins, wild bugs, and a touch of oak. Musty, vinous and buggy. Excellent.

On tap at Brouwer's Cafe for Barrel Bash (Big Wood) 2023, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals melon, light vinous notes, acidity, and some wild bugs. Flavour reveals the cantaloupe upfront, with moderate acidity, gentle red wine barrels, and high carbonation. Melony, moderately-to-highly acidic. It's alright.

On tap at Chuck's Greenwood, pours a hazy dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma is complex, with lots of wild bugs, musty grape skins, and plenty of oak tannins. Flavour is musty, buggy and moderately tart, with lots of white grape skins, bugs, and oak. Acidity is fairly low on the finish, and everything is nicely cohesive. Good stuff.

Pounder from Press online. Month of sleep in the fridge. Pint glass @home. Flash of head. Hazy pale stray/gray pour. Dusty, yeasty lemonhead nose. Soda limoncello sweet tart, twangy apple, faint sidra funk, cider vinegar tail. Decent carbonation, aspirin bitterness. Too sweet. Still kinda good.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with strong bretty funk, some pungent stone fruit peel, dank hops, and some black peppery notes. Flavour is bretty and peppery as well, with pungent brett funk, farmhouse notes, citrus, and a hint of stone fruit peel. Very bretty and funky, as though this has matured a lot. But the bitterness does become a bit much. Very good.

Hazy sort of dull pale. Lots of brett, it'�s dry, bitter, way funkier and more tannic than the average brett IPA. Austere -I like it!
