Sample (thanks omhper!). Deep copper colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some tart wooden tones with mild caramel as well. Flavour is tart fruits, some spiciness, some wood and mild acidity to it. A bit strange.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, peachy, some toffeeish and mild nectary tones. Flavour is toffee, some spruce, mild nectary and some slight tartish wooden tones too. Very refreshing and also slight spiciness in the finish.

Can pour at FHF 2024, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has tons of brett, big dry-hopping, and some citrus zest. Flavour is a bit harsh, with lots of juicy stone fruits, harsh brett, and big dry-hopping. A bit harsh—the brett and hops don't work that well together. Okay.

Can pour at FHF 2024, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of juicy nectarines and peaches upfront, with gentle wild yeast and a touch of oak. Flavour is dry and yet juixy, with lots of dry, yet juicy stone fruits, some oak, and wild yeast. Juicy, dry, and wild yeasty finish. Good stuff.

On tap at Wolves & People, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of rustic farmhouse notes and toasted grains. Flavour is very dry, with lots of rustic saison yeast, some hay, toasted grains, and just a touch of tartness. Rustic, dry and hay-like. Excellent.
