Pale pinkish colour. Light brett. Mellow fruit character, light tartness. It's refreshing.

Poured from the tap. Slightly hazy pastel orange with small white head. Rhubarb forward with gentle tart funk notes, hint of wine, not really picking up cherry. Dry, lightly bitter finish, decent.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice funk and fruity character, oak. Taste: same, lots of stone fruits, bugs, and farmhouse notes. Overall: very nice.

Can pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy pinkish peach amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, oak, and tart rhubarb. Flavour is loaded with rhubarb, wild bugs, rustic farmhouse notes, and oak. Rhubarby and funky, with a finish of the Syrah grape skins. Excellent.

Can pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out tart peaches, light oak, and wild yeast. Flavour is a bit chaotic, with tart peaches, buggy spiciness, and some oak. Buggy and fruity, with a more cohesive finish than the nose suggested.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a white head. Aroma brings out bright nectarines, gentle tartness, and wild bugs. Flavour is full of juicy nectarines, followed by wild bugs, and gentle oak. Juicy nectarines on the finish mixing with the wild bugs. Good stuff.

Pale gold but dull and malt liquorish in appearance. No head. Sticky, only moderate bitterness, this just misses on many fronts, including the ferm.
