At Old Abbey Ales our award-winning Head Brew Master, skillfully crafts each small batch of beer by hand. This produces what we believe, are some of the finest beers in the market. As an artistic crafter, our Brewmaster, Steve is always looking to create new beers with the most unique, freshest and finest ingredients he can source to purchase locally. We take pride in supporting our local farmers and strive to support our local economy.

On tap at Old Abbey, pours a hazy amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and not much else. Flavour is along the same lines, with biscuity malt, toasted malt and some caramel. Not very convicting. Thin mouthfeel. Not very good. Super weak.

On tap at Old Abbey, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out Indian spices, clove and wheat. Flavour is along the lines, with the saphir upfront, followed by wheat and clove. Not especially tasteful, but it's alright. Not to my taste.

On tap at Old Abbey, pours a clear blonde with a small white wheat. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast and some crackery notes. Flavour is similar, with Belgian yeast, straw and crackery malt, almost with a slight tartness. Works okay, with low complexity. Meh.

On tap at Old Abbey, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out diacetyl, biscuity malt, and piney hops. Flavour is dominated by the diacetyl infection. Not much else to this. Undrinkable diacetyl bomb.

On tap at Old Abbey, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some light chemical qualities and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is well-balanced, with sharp piney hops and biscuity malt. A bit of a sharp chemical quality that throws this off a bit. Meh.

Draft - Bretty fruit, white grape and some tart notes. Clear gold with a nice white head. Soured grapes and a touch off odd bitterness with a long finish. Smells ok, but tastes weird.
