On tap at Faculty, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out light oak and toasted malt upfront. Flavour is similar, with oak chips dominating upfront, followed by dry toasted malt and a hint of vanilla. Light body and lacking in depth. Not bad, but needs some amping up.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5

On tap at Faculty, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very restrained, with light biscuity notes and almost no notice of the hops. Flavour is very dry and inexpressive on the hops except for a light bitterness on the finish. Dry malt base. This isn't very convincing. Needs some tweaking.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4.5

On tap at Faculty, pours an opaque filthy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out citric notes upfront, followed by clove and a touch of banana. Flavour is bizarre, bringing out notes of mint and toothpaste upfront. Bit of a yeasty finish. They can't possibly have been going for this, can they? Let's hope they fix this, but I doubt it given that this is the third incarnation we've seen this beer.

On tap at Faculty, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light bready notes and cereal malts. Flavour is bland, with light cereal malts and dry bready notes. Pretty simple and uninspiring even for a blonde, but clean and drinkable. It's okay.

Draught at the brewery
Dark brown color, near black, apparently headless. Mild aroma, mildly roasted malts and yeast cake. Lowly carbonated, for a soft mouthfeel, it’s rather dry, with a blend of roasted malts and light coffee, lightly biscuity in the end, but I wouldn’t have guessed "oak" if I didn’t knew, although there is an alien note. It seems mellower in the final, more bready, with some roasted nuts.
Ok.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy golden color with compact head. The aroma is poor, not enough malt or hop, instead some yeast, foot, manure, wet paper; metallic; later it develops some more orthodox hop. Lean body, delicate malt flavor, a bit bready; the hop job is rough, they extracted too much tannin, so besides the expected resins there is some astringency, tannic bitterness, and a mildly metallic finish.
Not bad, but it requires some tuning.

Draught at the brewery
Murky yellow color. Fresh aroma of mint, with some basil and nettles, a bit footy. Muddy wheat beer, with some bread and toothpaste, medicine, and yeast.
It’s a weird beer, for the third time; I hope it doesn’t become a sensation in Vancouver.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color. The aroma is a bit too yeasty. The flavor is wheaty, bready, somebody may find the sweetness excessive, but I like it, and it has a nice fruity touch from the yeast, I suppose; then some yeast again; low bitterness.
For a starter beer, acceptable.
