Draft - Light citrus and biscuit. Bright hazy yellow gold with a decent white head. Citrus and some unbalanced sweetness.

Cloudy and pale. Not much head. Some yeasty note, light coriander. Has a vague spice, quite sweet, touch of pedio. Thin finish. Not coming together. And I get no Miami character at all...total misnomer.

Dull brown. No head. Not sure if the oak killed the head or what, but it’s a bad look. Chocolatey nose that would be much more expressive if it had a head. Sweet taste, sort of generic portery, not sure I’m pulling any oak and no malt nuance either Disappointing. This type of beer should be richer and more complex

Hazy light amber. Thin head. Earthy hop nose. Has a lot of earthy chinooks, nice pale malt signature. Ok, not the brightest hop but not bad. Certainly well made.

Opaque. Minty, herbal, kind of fun. Yeasty and a bit wheaty. A goofy concept they really seem to want to hang their hat on. I’m less convinced that’s a good idea, especially without a solid base beer.

Hazy blonde. Sweetish, kind of candyish malts. Not much hop. In fact, too sweet all round and not enough malt development to pull it off.

On tap at Faculty, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out light oak and toasted malt upfront. Flavour is similar, with oak chips dominating upfront, followed by dry toasted malt and a hint of vanilla. Light body and lacking in depth. Not bad, but needs some amping up.

5.1/10 β€” Appearance 6 Aroma 5 Flavor 5 Texture 4 Overall 5.5
On tap at Faculty, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very restrained, with light biscuity notes and almost no notice of the hops. Flavour is very dry and inexpressive on the hops except for a light bitterness on the finish. Dry malt base. This isn't very convincing. Needs some tweaking.

4.4/10 β€” Appearance 4 Aroma 5 Flavor 4 Texture 4 Overall 4.5
On tap at Faculty, pours an opaque filthy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out citric notes upfront, followed by clove and a touch of banana. Flavour is bizarre, bringing out notes of mint and toothpaste upfront. Bit of a yeasty finish. They can't possibly have been going for this, can they? Let's hope they fix this, but I doubt it given that this is the third incarnation we've seen this beer.

On tap at Faculty, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light bready notes and cereal malts. Flavour is bland, with light cereal malts and dry bready notes. Pretty simple and uninspiring even for a blonde, but clean and drinkable. It's okay.
