Cask @ The Hebden, (formerly The Pub) Hebden Bridge. Slightly lighter golden colored with a very small head. Hoppy-sweet brew, although more of the former than latter in this respect.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a creamy head. Fuller-bodied and smooth hoppy brew. Hints of fruit and pine beyond this.

Cask at Egham Beer Fest Summer 24. Aroma combines bitterness with caramel. Opaque brown. Thin foamy beige head. Sweet. Burnt caramel. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish.

Keg at Hopwoods. Pours just-clear yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light citrus and creamy malt. Taste is more of the same. A bit thin and wassy.

Cask at the Duke of St Albans, Highgate on 16th July 2924. Clear brownish copper with shallow, off-white foam and scant lacing. Roasty malt aroma. Fruity in-mouth with a roasty finish. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 21st May 2024. Deep sepia with pale tan foam and scant lacing. Rich roasty malts and savoury grassy herbiness in aroma. Smoky roastiness in-mouth and a rich finish of coffee, nuttiness and woodsmoke. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Superb.

Pours a clear golden colour with a small fine and mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is sweet grainy malts, with some light grassy and citrusy hop notes. A moderately sweet taste, sweet grainy malts, light sweet citrus flavours and a light bitterness in the finish.
