Dull light dull, haze, thin head, sticky, sweet and black, maybe a touch of peppery spice from the yeast but definitely underattenuated.

Taster at Alibi Room with Alex. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is a bit funky with flowery notes. Taste is similar with peppery notes. Tastes like a Belgian style saison. Ok.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out underattenuated saison yeast, with cereal notes. Flavour brings out cereal notes, sweet saison yeast and candied estery sweetness. Underattentuated, estery and lacking depth. Lame.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh floral hops and soft doughy biscuity malt. Flavour is fresh, bursting with citrus hops, and backed by clean biscuity malt. Very clean and drinkable, with much more oomph than I expected from the style. Good stuff.

22 oz bottle poured. Dark cola brown pour, near black, with a tan, lasting soda fizz head. A pretty good morning style stout here, as it's rich with milk chocolate notes. Thinner than a lot of stouts. Has a soft bitter coffee constant, and lingers like an espresso. A touch metallic. Sweet-ish flavor throughout. Maybe oats in this? The bottle advertises a mystery additive, so I figured I would submit my thought. Overall a smooth, tasty, chocolatey stout. Pretty good.

Bottled. Pours pitch black, tan to brown head that lasts very little. Aroma is mostly chocolate, loads of choco. Some smoke, some coffee, some licorice as well. Mouthfeel is more refreshing than expected (thought it was gonna be superboozy) and quite thirst-quenching. Medium-bodied, medium bitterness. Very long lingering finish.

Decent foamy head, slightly creamy, and yellow body with medium carbonation. Soft hoppiness on the nose with hints of honey. Flavour is mellow honey with a hint of wood that leads to a dry finish. Rather smooth and easy drinking.

22 oz bottle poured, gifted by Hanna. Thanks! Pale golden color, and cloudy. Tons of cool lemon and floral character. Plenty of belgian yeast. A little tart as advertised. Refreshing too. Tons of long lingering floral character. A pretty good wit here.

Hazy pale blond color with compact head. The aroma is mild, nice, with hops and orange. Smooth mouthfeel, not too dry, crisp but simple base, quite strong bitter orange peel character mixing with some quality hops.
A bit unrefined but drinkable.

Hazy amber colour with small compact head. The aroma is a bit grainy and bready. Moderate residual sweetness, malt and some caramel as a base, bready, grainy, with strong bitterness, no hop quality, pithy final.
I get that this may be not very fresh, but still it isn't working for me.

Cloudy golden color. Mild arom aof malt, light arom aof old hops, some resins. A bit sweet and chewy when compared to modern IIPAs, the malt base is a bit bready, light toffee; the hopping is rather harsh, with pithy vegetable bitterness, chicory, and a touch of resins.
Not a fan.
