Description
Crafting mixed culture ale in the beautiful Pacific Northwest
Founded by partners in life and work, Charles Porter and Brenda Crow, Little Beast is a family brewery with a passion for making great beer and sharing it with others.

We craft wild, wood-aged and blended beer naturally with diverse cultures, including Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and wild flora. By harnessing the little beasts that ferment our beer, we capture their untamed beauty and produce farmhouse beers that are diverse in flavor and rare in character.

Pint can. Pours a crystal clear yellow gold color with an ample sudsy white head that quickly dissipates. The aroma is strong with Belgian yeasts, cardamon and white fruits. The taste is apples, pears and a bit of breadiness. Palate seemed a bit shy of full. Bitterness is low and mostly noticeable on the finish. Finishes short with linger bitter spices and a trace of gum. Overall: Decent Belgian ale.

16 oz can poured. Clean and clear pale gold appearance. Thin foam head. Very light lager, so it is what they say it is. Crisp front. Straw grains, very gentle grassy hop influence. Realltly easy drinking lager overall, even if a little flavor is absent in the process.solid entry within the style.
