355ml can, called Stout Imperial, but not Russian, and showing 9% ABV. Dark brown colour, almost black with very little ruby-copper highlights. The head is huge, warm mocha-coloured with good retention and leaving thin streak of lacing. The Chinook hops come out a touch stronger in the nose, over the roasted malt base, which gives out hints of coffee. This balances itself after a while. The mouthfeel is fairly slick with a slow building, not over-the-top dryness. Roasted barley flavours offering a tad licorice, molasses, followed by the hops that adds little grassy-piney notes. An easy-drinking Imperial Stout that is simple - and that is fine.

355ml can that pours a dark brown colour with a few copper highlights. The head is huge, frothy-fluffy, very long lasting with some nice creamy lacing streaks. Freshly ground coffee nose over the roasted malt base. Eventually chocolate-cacao notes come out. The mouthfeel is thicker, but not fully sticky, and helping is the drying end. Some pretty punchy-grassy bitterness lingers. The maple is quite subtle in here, just adding a tad sweetness to blend in things. Pretty much a nice coffee Imperial Stout with good dry-bitterness, and not overpowering maple.

Fairly clean golden colour with a white cap, decent stay and lots of sticky lacing. Got some grassy aromas at first which is weird for the style, but it does calm down. Then, the Belgian rich-sweet-spiciness appears. Hints of wheat bananas, rye notes and a tad pears. The mouthfeel is a little thick, but goes down nicely in the end. The flavours shows some good fruitiness, blended with some spices, malts and touch of sugars. Gets hazy at the last pour. A nice twist on the Belgian Tripel with different yeast.

Now called Rousse - Vienna Lager, pouring a clean golden-amber colour with an off-white frothy small head, leaving a few tiny soapy lacing spots. Bread-like malt aromas with some fruitiness, a touch caramel and decent herbal hops. Bread maltiness in the taste with enough hops to dry out the finish, cut the thickness. Mild grassy hops lingers, and gets a tad hazy at the last pour. Quite a nice, refreshing Vienna Lager that goes down well, and has nicely blended hoppiness.
