This dark poured a deep red colour with a creamy, dense foam head. Nice lacing. Scents include Maraschino cherry, nuts, Quik cocoa, alcohol and butter tarts. First swig was interesting. Flavours of cherries, cocoa, vanilla and nuts are most prominent. Finish is a little burnt with cherry and cocoa flavours lingering.

Clean, light golden-rosé colour with a big creamy off-white head, good retention and some fluffy-creamy lacing. Fresh, fruity aromas of raspberries and mild yeast. The sourness comes out in the taste with the light raspberry juice. A touch of tart, straw malts. A decent, sour-raspberry mild-wild beer.

This pils poured a crystal clear med/light yellow colour with a off white, fizzy head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, must and sweeter malts. First swig was not bad for a pils. Flavours of malt, corn and that musty basement flavour. Finish is all malt with just that lingering forever.

Accents of malted cereals and grains with a slight touch of caramel but especially the impression of commercial yeast based on syrup. Even when forced, the effervescent foam barely remains on the deep amber brownish liquid. Grains and hazelnuts make up the mouth entrance on a rather pungent effervescence. The finish comes on a bitterness of hardwood with a slight touch of caramel. I admit that the taste is better than what its olfactory suggested. The body is light, the texture delicate and the effervescence quite lively making it easy to drink. Nothing of a great beer but still quite drinkable.

An extremely fruity nose of tropical fruits and citrus with notes of mango, grapefruit and lemon. The malted base seems quite present giving notes of biscuit. The liquid is medium gold, a little cloudy with a rocky head that holds moderately. To taste is rather fruity with tropical notes and lemon dominating. The bitterness is present but light and with hints of conifers. A good, fruity and gentle session.

473ml can from the LCBO, pouring a hazy amber colour with a big frothy, light-beige head that stays a while and leaves creamy thick lacing. Aromas of darker malts, maybe some rye, some caramel sweetness and eventually, some mild grassy hops. Some sweetness in the taste with the caramel, and some wheat banana hints. Even looks like some corn in here. Some hops in the finish, but just a tad more would of been nice to cut through the richness, and make this easier drinking.
