bitter hops, light on the flavor. Some light cereal malts, pretty typical of what you would expect of an "Ontario ale". I think i understand perfectly what the brewery was trying to do with this beer, and i think he hit it right on the nose.

Clear golden pour, with a big fluffy head. Great aroma of bready malts, crisp hops and fresh cut grass. Flavor is crisp and sharp. The hops are really present and crisp. Some nice bready notes, mixed with some more grass and hints if lemon. Great pils !

Great aroma of citrus, yeast, and a tad bit of funk that i would lend to the hops, but it mellows out. The alcohol is present, and is quite dry in the finish.

Clear yellow pour, aroma of rice, lemon, and fresh cut grass. A sweet maltiness follows in the aftertaste. Really a delightful brew. nice stuff.

Clear golden pour with a sticky head, and some thick lacing. Good aroma of bready malts, and some grass notes from the subtle hops. The flavor is grainy, and grassy. A nice pils, but nothing to write home about.

Subtle aroma of citrus, and some big notes of yeast, and wheat. Cloudy pour with a thick head.. Flavor i found was a tad wattery, and the citrus was a little dull. A good beer, but not great.

Copper pour with ample frothy head. Aroma of grains, grass, and some sweet bready malts. Flavor was just prefectly balanced between the malts, and the bitter hops. A great beer, i would drink it all the time if i could get it.

Volo Cask Days 2009. Solid stout! Great roast, and great hops! Really isnt much more i can say, some good chocolate, and coffee, but really nothing spectacular, just a super solid beer. I wish it was bottled it would be a go to beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Light orange/bronze color. Aroma was a little light on hops but had alot of pale malts and some breadiness. Flavor was a little wattery, and quite grainy and grassy. This was a pretty pedestrian esb.

Aroma was nice and smokey with some great notes of chocolate. Tasted great, more of the slight smoke, and chocolate. Super smooth, and satisfying., Great porter!
