Bottle shared at the Cotteridge Convention 2014. Thanks, Sarky. Pours perfectly clear gold with a creamy white head. The nose holds paper and straw. Light-medium sweet flavor with more paper, light dough, cereal, straw. Light in body with average carbonation. Dry and papery on the finish with some faint bitter hay. Not awesome.

16 Oz can pour split, thanks to Chris. Hooray for international beer ratings. Pours a clear gold color with a grassy hay aroma. Super light in flavor with a hint of apple and some grassy flavor. Not a whole lot going on here. Not much flavor to talk about. Drinks easy nonetheless. Hooray also for football beers. Glad I tried this.

Bottle from Lambert’s, Bedford. Light sunshiny yellow. Chemical and grain aroma. Taste is bitter/sour, with corn, Lemsip and industrial cleaner flavours. Bitter/salty aftertaste. Odd but certainly not a classic.

Slightly opaque yellow colour with moderate sized white head; aroma of hay, floral notes and grain, taste is dominated by malty sweetness with some honey notes and minimal bitterness ; not really good but undoubtoubly unique in Europe

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - light golden with a proportionate head. Nose - slight sweetcorn and cooked vegetable thing. Gentle malt in the background. Taste - pale malt with a lime tang coming through. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a good bitter finish. Overall - I don’t expect much from a pale lager, but I do expect a dry finish, which this one does well.
