Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.

We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Gravity cask at Pig’s Ear 2024 - Hackney. Pours black-brown with a frothy, light khaki head. Smells of straight licorice. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of dark malts, forward licorice, toasted festive spices, a little earthy hop, dry cocoa, roast. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Finishes with more licorice, well toasted malts, ashy dryness. If you don’t like licorice you won’t like this. Overall, novel.

Gravity cask at Pig’s Ear 2024 - Hackney. Pours Clear gold with a frothy, mostly white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of biscuity pale malts, a faint apple note, mild bitter hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation; OK condition. Decent balance to finish, more pale biscuits, hay, little husky grain. Not a ton to it but it drinks alright.
