11/11/8/9/8/10

Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a decent hazy orange color with a one and a half finger white foamy head that dissipated in about a minute. Once it dissipated, wow, what a nice looking thick foamy spider web lacing to this one.
The smell had some light sweet fruit - light cherry to apple to some faint pears. There was a light grassy funk with a nice light spice.
The taste took those fruits and added a light spice in a somewhat grassy context of sorts.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a slight sessionable quality about it.
Overall, good saison more than worthy of coming back to.

Station ho. St, Montreal tap: Pours orange with a white head. Aroma is full of various kinds of fruit (look at some of the ratings below for what some people sense in here), some spiciness, and a surprising amount of malts. It is sort of winy, but not exactly in a grapy way, if that makes any sense, which I am sure it doesn’t. This was kind of sweet and malty with some tastes that I find quite difficult to describe. It was interesting and unique, but it did not exactly float my boat.

Station ho.st, Montreal tap: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is spicy, a bit funky, some fruitiness. Taste has a light sweetness. Nice, light hop bitterness. Plenty nice funk and good spiciness. This isn’t a mind-blowing saison, but as the name would imply, this is a good representation of the style.
