A red copper ale with a very thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light Brett, apricot, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, alcohol warmth, light treacle, very nice. 2012 vintage

Can shared with and courtesy of Kermis. Big thanks. Poured almost black in colour with a thin broken off-white head. The aroma is roasty, saccharine sugar, light caramel. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, dry ashtray, mineral, light sugary, liquorice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Can from L'Axe du Malt shared with JimGreen in Jamaica. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma of cocoa, dark chocolate, caramel, light spicy. Classic old school imperial stout. Flavour is light heavy sweet and above moderate bitter. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Dark brown pour, small off white head. Aroma is roasty, semi sweet cocoa, and soy, with light alcohol. Thin for the style, soft carb. Medium bitter, roasty , round finish.
