Malt forward, pine resin, toasty cereals, good mouth feel, medium bitter. Old school APA.

Boozy, dark, oxidized, sweet boozy fruit. Yeast, sweet and thick. Medium bitter, yeast, over the top, a bit much. Lacks brightness, and effervescent. This is too heavy and boozy.

Bright yellow pour, big white head. Aroma is sharp and green.. Hop cones, citrus peel, and subtle grass, and spice. Great carb, crisp, dry mouth feel. Refreshing and medium bitter. Lots of green, grassy citrusy hops. Solid cereals, and hints of yeast. Great stuff.

750ml bottle. Clear yellow pour. Small white head. Aroma. Is tart wheat beer. Light lactic notes, but no savouriness.carb is Incredibly strong, and the body is very lively. Tart finish, notes of lemon. Pretty basic, reminds me more a Berliner, than a gose. Not bad, not great.

The description really nails this down. A rauch, berliner, saison.
Light hazy golden pour, with a small white frothy head. Aroma of light cereal malts, peppery herbs all wrapped in a nice dose of smoke. Loght nots of bacon mingle with the tart wheat, and light fruity esters. This is all over the place, but in a neat intriguing actually pleasant way! Way to go off the charts, super unique beer.

The ratings for this beer are deceiving in my opinion. This is an outstanding example of the style! Such an incredible malt profile. Bread, grains, mealy, nutty, just exceptional. The hops are soft, and slight, butt here and compliment the malts perfectly. A sublime lager.

On tap au saint bock.
Hazy yellow pour. Light citric notes, some light funk, and light lactic notes also. Very light on the flavor though, watery, and just a touch of lemon. Reminded me alot of lemon perrier. Meh.

Bottle from the brewery thanks to Fred!
Hazy orange pour with a big thick bubbly offwhite head. Love the aroma! Some great funk notes mixed with some sharp hops and some crisp citrus notes. Some wet grass and light straw also. Flavour is sharp and bitter. Done awesome citrus and touches of funk. The finish is dry and bitter and ends with a great sour lemon bite! Awesome beer!

Licorice, anise, sweet roasted malts, touch of coffee. A little on the sweet side. Carb is way too high, nice mouth feel, a touch wattery in the finish.
