A very hazy banana yellow ale with a thin white head. A lightly lemony banana aroma, light cloves. In mouth, a light weizen, with light bananas, no Berliner character. Dissapointing. On tap at Brouhaha, June 2009.

A hazy amber ale with a thin white head. aroma of berries, Brett, yeast and coriander. In mouth, a nice sourish ale with light berry sweetness, lactic lambic notes, herbal and peaty. A rish and complex saison. On tap at Mondiale 2009.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy beige color ale with a small bubble head with minimal retention and no lacing. Aroma consists of coriander and wheat malt with some dry notes. Taste is also dominated by loads of coriander with a lightly sour and dry aftertaste. Body is quite full with limited filtration with some low carbonation. Interesting and different take on the style but additional carbonation would have been welcomed.

A light dirty amber ale with reddish hues and a thin moka head. In aroma, a pleasant light woody smokeyness, with fusel alcohol. In mouth, a sweet malt with light smoked ham, maple notes, a bit simple, but good. On tap at Vices et Versa, April 26 2009.

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of roasted malt and some oxidation. The flavor is sweet mlaty with notes of alcohol, dust, and roasted malt as well as some notes of oxidation.

Bottled, by hand? A golden beer with a thin bubbly head. The aroma is sweet with citrusy notes and a bit of acidity. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and citrus, leading to a lightly tart finish. Nice.
