Bottle (courtesy of Presario): Poured a dark brown color ale with a small head with very minimal retention. Aroma of strong malt with some roastiness and caramel. Taste is also dominated by the strong roasted malt with some nice hops that lends a hoppier finish. Body is quite full for a brown ale but overall this kind of lack carbonation. Good for the style but seems to be missing something to be truly great.

Bottle: Poured an orangey color ale with a medium off-white head with minimal retention. Strangely carbonation is really low on that one. Aroma of floral and sweet malt as well as nice hops is clearly evident. Taste is kind of overpowered by slightly bitter hops with an underlying sweetness that doesn’t really do it for me. Ok without being anything too special.

Aroma of whole grain bread. Light bittering hops and more of that bread on the palate. Slight oxidation as well.

Golden Amber color with a grapefruits and citrusy hoppy nose. Medium to full bodied mouth that comes across more as citrusy juice with a bit of malt added to it and then a lasting hoppy finish. Way to hoppy for the style and could fool many people to believe it is an IPA. However, a very good IPA.

A deep, deep coffee nose laced with chocolate, macadamia nuts. The mouth starts bitter, but then turns very rich sweet malty mouth and a chocolately sweet finish. Excellent.

This beautiful dark brown beauty, shows, succulent nose of chocolates and flowers dancing together on top of a rich creamy light brown head. The mouth is hop accented with solid chocolate undertones and sensuously rich, smooth and creamy. The end is perfectly balanced with chocolate malts and a moderate amount of hops.

A dirty orange colred somewhat watery brew carried candy apples and oranges in the nose. A very pungent body, filled with fragrant Liberty hops, which is some what watery, but very smooth. The finish is moderately bitter.

A dark amber color that has a thick white head full of PNW hops, full bodied and citrusy with a big bitter finish. Kinda of what I expected, but oh so well executed.
