light brown color. Massive Belgian yeast, some plum character, star anise, a touch of plums, brown sugar, sweet and big. Very different. Too funky. But it’s very interesting

Thanks CT for sharing the bottle! Pale amber with 2 fingers of clean white foam.
The nose shows moderately intense vegetal notes of sweet nectarine.
The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Lightly sweet with light notes of nectarine and a strong bitterness on the end.

bottle. Nose of caramel, spices, bretty. Sweet caramel flavor with raisins but also funky and a bit tart. chocolate and dates too. Sweetness in the finish. A strange, funky quad that kind of works but not completely there.

Songbird Contadour Quad 9.5% Brown with a beige head and a wine like brown sugar aroma. Full bodied but fairly dry. Candied fruits and caramel taffy. A weird funky brew.

Tangy, bretty nose, grapes and apples. Dry and dusrty. Flavor of grapes, apples, funky citrus. Slightly tart. Murky, somewhat bitter yeasty finish is a bit of a negative.

Subtle again. Hoppy but nice light fruitiness. Bit grainy. Very easy drinking. Quite grainy. Goodnight everyone
Nice and soft. Lightly fruity. Belgian feel naturally. Lovely easy going stuff for a hot day
