On tap at Brick Store Pub, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings it that wild yeast upfront, piney hops and earthiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy hops, light pine, and biscuity malt. Earthy and piney. Nice stuff.

Can. A- Fruity, skunky, straw, rotten melon, grassy. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Fruity, rotten fruit, straw, skunky, bitter. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, astringent finish. O- Always intrigued by kiwi beers and haven't had many but this was pretty bad. Tasted like a heaping mess filled with rotten fruit put out in a hay field. Fairly bitter too. This was not good at all.

Draft. A- Tart, salty, lemon. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Alcohol, sour, tart, citric acid, sharp. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, boozy finish. O- My first Imperial Gose and the alcohol bite is definitely there. Not enough flavor to take away from that booziness it has. Okay, but a bit too sharp and forward.

All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Not sure if they were trying to do a spelt malt NEIPA or something, not soft enough. Not really a big fan of the solo Bru-1 hops with this, should have complemented it with something else. Very earthy, dank, and pome/stone fruity hops; with a nice bready malt backbone, and mild residual sweetness. A nicely enjoyable and unique offering otherwise.

Was not expecting to enjoy this pint as much as I am. Bright, tart strawberry meshes with citric acidity and minor wheat and grass notes. Tartness leads into a subtly sweet vanilla finish. Remains thankfully dry throughout the sour, yeasty fade. Delicious.
