Clear light brown beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: yeast, banana, caramel, yeasty, dried fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, oxidized, caramel, yeasty, alcohol, fruity. Aftertaste: red wine tannins, gentle roast, a little bitter.

Cuivre, col fin crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur une base belge assez marquée, fruité en rétro-nasal, caramel, grillé avec ce bouquet de sucre caramélisé.
Palais sur une base classique belge, sucre de canne, amertume houblonné noble belge avec une petite pointe épicée en fin de bouche, sec, caramel et grillé qui reviennent en retrait.

Clear orange blond beer, small creamy bit irregular beige head, unstable, falls down quickly, bit adhesive. Aroma: very oxidized, some orange peel, swimming pool, fruity, sugary, smoky. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, very oxidized, bit sugary, earthy, tobacco, leathery, some honey. Aftertaste: little bitter, oxidized, honey, alcohol, phenols, ripe fruits, more oxidized.

Clear orange beer, small creamy dense white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit sweet impression, malty, caramel, grains, banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit metallic, sourish touch, pretty fruity, yeast, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: banana, bit metallic, more yeast, slightly sweet, little oxidized, good old school Belgian ale.

Pretty clear deep red ruby to red brown beer, big fizzy irregular rust brown beer, unstable, dissipates immediately, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of cherries, very fruity, some tannins, yeasty, wood notes. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: soft acidity up front, very fruity, lots of cherries, bit lemony, bitter touch, some yeast. Aftertaste: more acidic, lots of sour cherries, some tannins, pretty dry, rather oxidized, juicy, cherry juice, bitter finish, wood tannins, some almonds, very nice stuff.
