For the style, this beer is ok, like a bräuweisse in a light version, a bit too watery, fruity, banana, cloves, a bit sour at the final, 29.11.18, at Munich, Holiday Inn, east side.

Unclear chocolate brown with a fluffy head. Roasted hazelnuts, rye, caramel, dark bread, toffee, roasted malt, some citrus, hints of rubber, smoke and leather. Dry roasty zesty bitterness, malty caramely sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry roasty zesty nutty bittersweet finish. An excellent Dunkel.

As usual, it is a delicious wheat beer with powerful aromas of banana, cloves, aromatic and fruity, creamy sensation, well built, 04.02.18, purchased at Paris, tasting it at Prélaz.

This bottle is coming from the bootlegger Paris. Drinking this bottle at my hotel room. Since a long time that I didn't drink this beer. A really good beverage, personally I prefer the weizenbock but this one is pleasant, really smooth and sweet, fruity, 11.10.21

Amber with off white head - Malt aroma - Malt body with some caramel flavours and some hop bitterness to balance - Malt flavours with caramel goes into the finish with some bitterness - This was good

Monk's on draught: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is herbal, bubblegum, bread. Pleasant and not too much in any direction.

On tap @Le Bon Bock (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso malto, leggero erbaceo, leggero diacetile. In bocca è abboccata, con amaro leggero, poco bilanciata, leggero diacetile. Corpo leggero, leggermente watery, carbonazione brillante. Deludente.

(Bottle) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of wheat, bread, banana, clove and citrus. Malty, spicy taste with wheat, bread, banana, clove, hay and citrus. Hardly any bitterness. Light body, with a slight sweetness. Harmonious and well made hefeweizen. Very nice.
