Cask @ Bailey Head. Pours dark enough, small receding beige head. Light roasty nose. Taste bears a nice bitter tickle above the roasty malt base, light bodied. Ok.

31/12/2019. Bottle courtesy of minutemat, cheers. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of hops, grass, citrus, grapefruit and flowers. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, quite high carbonation. Nice bitterness to finish. Apart from the fizz, this was decent.

Cask @ Shrewsbury Real Ale Festival 2019, St Mary's Church. Pours misty gold, small white head. Nice hoppy nose that I believe could be attributed to Citra hops. Quite a fresh taste, gentle hop presence, pale malt underneath.. pretty good, but could do with a little more Citra.

24th July 2019; Shrewsbury CAMRA Beer Festival in St Mary's Church. 3rd of a cask pint alongside it's brother, the regular Holy Grail that isn't dry hopped. This had a slight haze to it's golden body compared to it's mate, same white head though. The Citra hops added a semi-citrus bitterness to the base beer and I didn't enjoy it as much as the un-dry hopped original.

24th July 2019; Shrewsbury CAMRA Beer Festival in St Mary's Church. 3rd of a cask pint, drank with it's brother 'Holy Grail, dry hopped with Citra' to compare the two brews. This was clear golden with a white head compared to the slightly hazy 'dry hopped version', it also had more sweetness and fruitiness than it's stable mate.
