(31.12.2020.)

500 ml swing-top bottle, fresh from the brewery, with only a small label on the bottle neck. Pours cloudy orange with a big fluffy head. Bread, dough, hay, floral hops, citrus. Mild dry bitterness, light yeasty sweetness. Medium bodied, creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry finish. Good, however this should be rather classified as Kellerbier!

Bottle picked up from Liebick Getränke, Germering, and consumed at home Attenkirchen, Wednesday 19th February 2020 listening to 6Music, Loz cooked Spaghetti Carbonara. Pours pale gold with a white head. Soft mouthfeel, a little cereal, a touch of wheat, nice hoppiness which builds pleasantly. Good beer, nay a very good beer.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is white sugar, herbal, a bit honeycake, mild oxidization (the bottle is not the freshest anymore). Taste is white sugar, honey, mild grains, earthy. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Alright.

Golden color, firm frothy head. Malty, somewhat hay-like aroma. Full bodied, almost thick. Malty, creamy and a good deal of hops. Grass. Also a long grassy hopbitter finish. Quality beer, but personally I don't like the grassy bit. Still, a very nice surprise to find this beer brewed by a nun in the Wijn en Bierboetiek in The Hague.
