Au nez, la torréfaction est puissante.
Des notes de viande rôtie, d’encre, de café fort et de chocolat noir.
Noir et opaque, le liquide développe une mousse extrêmement abondante, bien crémeuse et persistante avec le spectacle des bulles fines qui remontent en surface.
En bouche, c’est encore une fois torréfié qui domine.
Des notes de café et de chocolat fort et amer.
Un arrière-goût ferreux, de viande légèrement carbonisée.
Le corps est ample et velouté.
La texture soyeuse avec la sensation typique de l’azote.
Amertume de torréfaction au maximum dans cette stout qui ressemble beaucoup à la Guinness .

Moderate aroma of blackcurrants, a hint of blueberries. Sour flavour of lactic acid, fruit yoghurt, blackcurrants and blueberries, hints of lemon.

Well laced white head. Nose has citrus and tropical friut, sweet malt and a touch of dank hops - odd for an Aussie hop combo. Taste profile leads with tropical fruit, that sweet malt, a touch of pepper and some residual dankness. Smooth mouth feel with the fruit sweetness not creating a sticky aftertaste. Fresh and crisp.

Almost no head with an translucent amber body. The aroma features stewed apricots, sour fruit and funky brett yeast. A freshing combination sour fruit mash, apricots, green apples, honey and the brett yeast. Quite sweet with a smooth, slick mouth feel. The sourness and acidity keep it from getting cloying and syrupy. Well put together.

A pleasant nose featuring Brett funk and fruity yeast esters. A solid well laced white head tops a light straw body with visible effervescence. The taste is a lovely blend of controlled Brett yeast, classic Belgian fruitiness and floral hops. As others have noted, a fresh fruitiness that remains dry and crisp. A touch of spice, medium body, slightly slick mouth feel and solid effervescence add to the blend and drinking experience.

Refreshing and engaging. A full, well laced white head on a light straw body. The nose features fruit, a slight sour acidity and funky yeast. The taste profile strikes some nice balances. Fruit cocktail, funky Bret yeast, very much there but under control, honey, some spice and a nice tart fruity hop element in the finish. Solid, dense mouth feel well balanced by high medium carbonation.

A fluffy, well laced white head on a straw body. Nose is bright and punchy, featuring sour fruit, wild yeast funk and sweet malt. The tart sourness leads the taste, with wild yeast, citrus, melons, grapes and a touch of pepper adding to the blend. The fruit keeps stepping forward as the mid range carbonation fades. A nice slick mouth feel at the finish. Nice interplay of tastes.
