Trübes strohgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Gewürzen, Koriander, hefig, Citrus. Geschmack hefig, Citrus, Koriander, würzig.

A hazed blonde saison with a thick frothy white head. In aroma, grassy crisp malt with grassy catty hops, light grapefruit, coriander, nice. In mouth, nice crisp malt with grassy floral catty hops, citrus pulp, very refreshing. Bottle from brewery.

Bottle: Poured a super light yellow color weisse with a nice large pure white foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of wheat malt with some clear bubble-gum notes and some hoppy citrus notes also notable. Taste is dominated by wheat malt note with some residual sugars and some bubble-gum notes with some dry and citrusy Citra hops notes. Body is about average with some light filtration and great carbonation. The base weisse beer is very close to being perfect but I believe there is still some work to be done to take out some bitterness from the hops and keep more floral elements.

Bottle. It is a deep reddish amber. The aroma is sweet caramel and malty bourbon. Med-full bodied with a round zesty feeling. The taste is light bourbon, oak, vanilla, caramel.

2017 The 2nd Time Around. A mahogany brown color with minimal head. The aroma is sweet malts and oaky bourbon. Smooth bodied with a dry finish. The taste is oaky with light bourbon flavor and sweet malts. Good stuff but not pushing any boundaries.

Bottle from La Fromagerie Atwater. A big glowing copper pour with a thick off-white head of foam. Quite a huge aroma, pine, nutty, pine needles, fresh, peach, apricots - juicy. It is medium-full bodied with a roundish carbonation that is just a bit rough. A well balanced flavor profile bitter, biscuit, pine then mellowing into fruitiness that matches the aroma. A really pleasant finish + aftertaste. A wonderfully satisfying IPA.

650mL bottle, sent from Glouglouburp (thanks a lot, Dany), pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a medium tan head. Aroma of chalk, light roasted malt, cocoa and piney hops. Flavour brings out a nice balance of roasted malt, cocoa and light piney hops. More on the malty side, but there isn't any residual sweetness. Good stuff.

Pours deep clear amber into a snifter. White head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Molasses, rum and oak aromas. Thick with sweet caramel and toffee upfront turning to mild molasses and rum in the warming finish.
