Can: Poured a clear golden color pils with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of crisp cereal notes with light herbal/floral hoppy undertones. Taste is a nice mix of cereal notes with fresh dry noble hops notes with very little residual sugar notes. Body is average for style with good carbonation. Quaffable with nice light hoppy notes and very well balanced level of residual sugar.

Cannette 355ml. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen. Délectable!

Bottle: Poured a cloudy heavy yellow color ale with a large off-white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of dominant notes of Chardonnay, oak and funky yeast notes. Taste is a mix of strong Chardonnay notes with some oak, some residual sugar with dry bretty notes and funky ester clearly noticeable. Body is full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol notes. Enjoyable but lacking attenuation and could probably have spent less time in barrel to provide more balanced flavours.
