Dark brown colour, almost black, with a little cola highlights. The head is big, kind of creamy, warm mocha-coloured, fizzing away slowly and leaving some creamy-foamy lacing. Roasted malt aromas with some sweetness that do come out eventually. Chocolate notes blended with the vanilla and hints of coffee. The taste does not seem as sweet at first, but the lactose kicks in the middle. All nicely balanced with the burnt malts, chocolate, coffee, vanilla and hops. Pretty good !

Can: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral hoppy notes of citrus with some light dank notes. Taste is a mix of citrus hoppy notes with some light dank notes with some light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but not the most powerful aromatic hops.

Pours a hazy golden colour with an orange hue. The head is bubbly, foamy, soapy and does last a bit, leaving some spotted lacing. Grassy hop nose with some mild vanilla and lactose sweetness blending things. The citrus notes do come out in the middle eventually. The taste shows the bitterness at first, again, but does not rise too much. Instead, it has a quicker finish with some light citrus on the tongue. The vanilla and lactose are even lighter, so not much showing in the taste. Just smoothening out things. If you do not like your Milkshake IPAs too sweet, too rich - this is for you.
