Description

Bottle - Floral and grassy with citrus funk. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Aspirin, some funk and a nice light sweetness. Nice.

Bouteille 750ml.

Bottle: poured a hazy beige color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of Belgian style malt with some light residual sugar notes and some dry green hops notes. Taste is a good mix between some green hops notes with dry finish with some subtle candi sugar and a solid malt backbone. Body is quite full with limited filtration and great carbonation with no apparent alcohol. I liked the fact that the hops profile was well married to the more standard Belgian tripel flavours.

Bottle: Poured a clear bright orangey color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fruity hops with clear grapefruit notes with light spicy edge. Taste is also dominated by some really great fruity hoppy notes with light caramel malt notes and some grapefruit notes. Bitterness is maintained at a low level which increased drinkability. Body is about average with good carbonation. I really enjoyed this one and I liked the fact that the bitterness level is toned down.

Nice little IPA. Lots of grapefruit hops here. Not sure what this pepper fruit is about but something different is floating around in this. Soft carbonation. Pours orange with good head and lacing. Medium bitter finish. Bottle from Broue Haha.

Spicy pepper a bit but lots of tropical fruit, very creamy and very smooth. Too strong on the malt for my liking as hops don't pierce throug
