750 ml bottle, shared by Thomas, thanks!
Dark orange, medium hazy body, with a small, off-white head.
Aroma of ripe fruits, wood, moderate cheese, sweet apples, citrus, some musty notes, some basement.
Tastes similar, with more mineralic notes.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes dry, wooden, medium sweet, moderate cheesy, very fruity, with apples skin, pears, citrus.
Very nice. Lots of fruits and moderate funk. Drinks very fresh, quite a lot of carbonation, while still well drinkable. Really interesting.

Thnx to Jeroen ! Pours dark, ruby red. Small pink head. Smell is cherrie, swimingpool (I Always get this at great cherry lambics, so that's positive ) . Taste is full, intense, tart, wet cherries, mild aroma's of 'wet concrete' (aka Pertichor) . Very overcarbonated to me. I miss some complexity in the sourness. But as a very first attempt, it's quite enjoyable, and sure far from bad !
