Bottle from FinestBelgianBeers. Pours a hazy light amber colour with a medium sized creamy white head. Nice lacing. Aromas of bananas, cloves and hints of apple, pear, lemon and herbs. Taste has the same notes as the aroma. Fairly light bodied with a lot of carbonation on the palate and a dry, fairly short and watery finish. Decent.

33cl bottle: BB 3rd Nov 2020. Drank on 30th Jan 2020 in de Bierboom, Brugge. Golden yellow, slight haze, pure white head. Light cloves in the aroma, some yeastiness too. Taste leaning towards a citrus flavour with again a mild clove presence. Didn't get the banana others have mentioned, pleased about that!

Little cloudy blond beige beer, big creamy off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: banana, lots of banana, fruity, little floral. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, lots of banana, orange peel, not sweet though, yeasty, floral touch. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, banana peel, bit floral, spicy touch, some coriander, nice one.

Dark brown with thin head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of dark sweet malts. A little dried fruit too. Decent stuff. Stands up to Westmalle.

Bottle at de Wolken. Had drunk before but not rated it seems. Typical Belgian blonde strong ale. Light citrus, Belgian yeastiness, little bit fruity. Memory is vague, notes are more vague.

Dark brown with lasting thin head. Aroma has red berries, wine vinegar and wood. Flavour is predominantly fruity and sweet with subtle woody dryness. Very interesting although misses a little sharpness.
