Handbottled.Clear dark black color with a large, creamy to frothy, good , fully lasting, copper to light brown head. Aroma is ligt heavy malty, roasted, caramel, soap, sweet vanilla, sweet cinnamon, vegetable. Flavor is heavy sweet and bitter with a long long duration, chilli - peppery - cinnamon spice burn finish. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft to flat. [20091114]

Bottle 75cl.Clear dark brown color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate alcoholc - bourbon, vanilla. Dark brown with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with bourbon, roasted malt, chocolate and caramel notes. Flavour had bourbon, coffee, chocolate, caramel, vanilla and woody notes. Finished sweet and full.

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a lazing thin brown head. The aroma has notes strong notes of malt, chocolate, tobacco, raisins, and some fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, tobacco, wood, and roasted malt, leading to a dry woody and chocolaty finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Degarth. Bottle # 103/229. Pours a hazy reddish brown with a vague tint of red and a creamy beige head. Amazing bourbon aroma. Solid body with a smooth mouthfeel, lots of sweet roasted malts, licorice all-sorts and wood. Amazing bourbon notes and lots of warming alcohol in the finish. A real treat. 231109

22 fl oz bottle, #303. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is wineous and roasted sugarish. Dark bourbon flavoured with a smooth roasted malt flavoured. Smooth roasted and chocolate dark malty flavoured. Dark finish. Nice one.

bottle thanks to Daknole, pours hazy orange with a tall frothy white head. Sweet white grape, peach and yeast aroma. Soft hay and pale malt notes mix with candy sugar and peach. Tart grape and guava in the finish. High carbonation with a crisp mouth. Nice!
