Bomber from Malt and Vine. Pours lightly coppery gold with a white head. Lots of fruit aroma - citrus/tropical. Med body at least. Flavor is very tropical fruit - backed by citrus/pine and some caramel. Quite mellow, not strongly bitter. But bitter and quite hoppy. I am surprised, pleasantly.

On tap at PreFunk. Might be nitro, but it’s incredibly smooth. Creamy body, with tight silky head. Mildly sweet aroma and taste, nice roasty flavor throughout

Bottle from Larry’s Liquor Locker, Point Roberts, WA
Hazy amber color with generous head. The aroma is a bit soapy, then some hops, but old. It has a bit of caramel and malt flavor, orangey hops, correct bitterness, definitively not the kind of feeling expected from Mosaic; and overall a feeling of old.
But it has no date on the bottle, so the responsibility is on the brewer.

On Tap at TapHouse Boise Black with a dense classic tan nitro head. Soft sweet roasted malt flavors and aromas. Significant chocolate notes as well. Some lactose it seems as the smooth sweetness is very nice. Nicely done.

Wax-dipped bomber. Aroma is very caramelly, light roast. Smells pretty much exactly like a salted caramel candy. Pours black with mahogany red tints when held up to the light. Taste is sweet and roasty with flavors of salted caramel, coffee, chocolate. Body seems a tad thin, mouthfeel a little watery. Despite these minor easy to look over palate flaws, this is really well-executed and tasty.

On Tap classic dark brown, with thin tan head and lacing. Typical roasted flavors and some bitter chocolate. Woody and earthy. A littel chemically at the end.

12 ounce bottle from Whole Paycheck. Pours a clear orange color with a medium white head. A nice light toast and citrus nose. The flavor is toast, some marmalade, quite bitter, odd grainy bitter finish. Sort of unbalanced. I mean it is malty and hoppy, but it is oddly extreme in both cases with lots of bitter green hops and really dry grains. OK beer.
