Bottle, 4.5%. Weak fruity aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Ok white head. The flavour is subtly bready. White bread aftertaste. Medium bitterness. Fairly high carbonation.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 8 May 2022) Pale amber colour with creamy, off-white head. Fruity, malty, hoppy nose with caramel, apricots and orange peel. Malty, fruity taste with notes of apricot marmalade, orange peel, caramel, bread and a balanced spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced bock. Nice one.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 6 May 2022) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with caramel, rye and orange peel. Malty, spicy taste with notes of toast, apricots, marmalade, caramel, rye, orange peel and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Rich, tasty and well made. Very nice.

Bottle at home, darker orange beer, small head. Aroma is malt, sweet, citrus. Taste is the same, some wort sweetness, malt, citrus, not too bad.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat gistachtige en fruitige geur. De smaak is moutig en zacht hoppig.

0.33 l bottle from 'Mr. Hop', bottled in May 2022. Hazy, golden orange with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity, minimally dank aroma of mango orange, some passion fruit and traces of green peppers. Gently sweet, rather fruity taste of mango, orange, some passion fruit and light green peppers, followed by a short slightly bitter finish with a very soft hop burn. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Interestingly less fruity than the base beer, I don't even get much more passion fruit aroma's if any. I'd go withouth the addition of passion fruit.

0.33 l bottle from 'Mr. Hop',bottled in May 2022. Hazy, pale orangeish amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, very fruity, slightly dank aroma of mango, passion fruit, orange and light green peppers. Gently sweet, very fruity and a bit dank taste of mango, passion fruit, some orange and a touch of green peppers, followed by a short, hardly bitter finish with a noticeable hop burn. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent NEIPA, a little too much hop burn to be sessionable though.
