Bottle.
Clear copper pour, small beige head. Aroma is quite sweet, caramel, and bready malts, with some candied citrus rind. Viscous mouth feel, normal carb. The finish has big notes of orange, and the hops really come through in the end. The malt bill is huge though, and make this pretty sweet, heavy, and boozy. Not bad, but need some lightening up.

Loads of dark bready malts and some nice dark fruits and subtle spice. Soft carb and very full mouth feel. A very nice winter sipper for sure.

12 oz bottle Thanks. Brian! Aroma has mild roast, chocolate, earth. Flavor follows with some e old wood and vanilla hints. Not bad for a brew that expired 9 years ago.

Embouteille Juin 2014, bu 8/3/24, merci Willrunforbeer. Robe noir, clair.

Poured from 341mL bottle. Dark mahogany brown with light tan head. Lots of dark dried fruit, sweet caramel malt, not tons of depth, but not bad.
