Description
For Teo Musso, beer is passion, an intense love for taste and certainly a form of expression. Through his recipes, he has communicated special moments in his life, sides of his being and his constant search for the perfect sensory balance.

In 1986 Le Baladin pub opens in Piozzo (Cuneo). Ten years after Le Baladin becomes a brewpub where beer is produced and directly sold. Blonde and Ambrée (both in filtered and non filtered versions) are the first draught beers produced by Baladin.

Bottle (trade with mgumby). Black pepper and grassy malt aroma. Hazy yellow-orange with giant head initially but quickly collapses. Sour quinine/grass flavor with the slightest hint of malt. Very unusual - a very earthy taste.

RBSG 07. I am happy I got to try this without paying for it. It is good, but not for the price. Very light appearance and thin body. Light spices in the aroma. Flavor is just a little sour, minimal yeast. Overall a light saison. It is a good idea but it needs more flavor and aroma.

750mil Bottle from mgumby. Strong rye-like grain malt aroma with hints of ginger and myrrh. Cloudy yellow-orange color wtih small head. Sweet myrrh and lemon flavor. Light bodied. Very pleasant and exotic - a bit like a wheat beer which is probably why I like it.

mmm mmm mmm, My most expensive beer at 28E or ~£20 I was worried about this at that price but i loved it. Deep ruby coloured, rich liquer like tracle rum nose, think viscous syrupy sweet with a little smokeyness, little woody treacle, with hints of sherry and a little spirit like evaporation on the pallate. Acording to the bottle its also best before "the end of the world" nice deep red ... deep rich soft treacle and plums .... rich syrupy body ... light meatyness ... toffee ... just so smoooth ... no alcohol showing ... all the best aspects of barley wines ... im glad this hasnt dissapointed ... so im gonna stick at 4.8 its tricky at this level definitly 4.5+ but yeah i am digging this so gonna stick ... Ok almost all the way through ... stunning but droping just a pip to 4.7

Bottle, 8%. Slightly farty aroma. Hazy red colour. Quite malty flavour, getting sour at the end. The sourness seems intentional. Quite harmonious, once some of the CO2 has been shaken out. Getting some dried fruits in the finish.
