Description
Two Chefs Brewing started in 2012 with the desire to completely stock our homes with home made funky beers and we haven’t stopped brewing since. We always aim to provoke the conventional and we like to stick out our tongue to the familiar.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 26 Aug 2015) Pale amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with oak wood, white wine, dried fruit and herbs (basil?). Fruity, tart taste with notes of apricots, herbs, basil, white wine and a fresh tartness in a finish with a low bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Really weird, but quite enjoyable.

Quite thick in the mouth, smooth and surprisingly soft (nice carbonation) a little bitter bonfire toffee. Very easy drinking big porter a bit of wood ash in the mouth, a touch roasty. Nice beer.
