Can shared thanks to Alexander. Black with tan head. Very earthy, molasses, yoghurt, sweet and sour berries, vanilla, smokey, alcohol, soft chillies, raw cocoa. Over medium sweet and bitter. Full bodied.

Can picked up from Walther Mai, München and consumed at home Tuesday 30th December 2025 listening to Anna von Hausswolff - Iconoclasts and then watching Tales from The Loop on Amazon Prime. We had a superb Gorgonzola & Pancetta Mac' & Cheese for tea tonight. Pours murky very dark brown edging towards black, actually what am I saying it's practically black, there's a small beige head. Aroma is heavy on coffee, roasted malts and hints of bitter chocolate, flavour follows a similar trajectory with a light bitterness and hoppy streak. After a couple of very sweet and OTT Impys lately this brought things back to where they should be with this style, really good beer, lovely stuff. Score 8.1

Op tap bij In de Wildeman. Dank Potje! Iets mistig, goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Medium zoet, bloemig, citroenrasp, moutig, degelijk bitter, zacht. Prima Lager. Lichte body.

Schenkt een heldere blonde kleur. Aroma's: fruitig en moutig. Smaak is het maar weinig zoet, wel fruitig, iets bitter. Lichte body. Bitterige afdronk.

Can at home, black beer, small head. Aroma is spices, speculaas, malt, hint of chocolate. Taste is the same, spices, speculaas, malt, dry dark chocolate, bit like liquid chocolade kruidnoten, nice.
